2- The customers has 30 days after the book has shipped to request for a replacement in the case that the book received is damaged from the printing process or from shipping. In which case, the customer shall contact the publisher by email providing pictures of the damaged book as proof.

6- The secured PDF file is an electronic version of the printed book but the content could be slightly different as the PDF contains the most up-to-date information for this edition.
7- The secured PDF is encrypted and requires the installation of a free viewer on a PC in order to be opened. One viewer maximum can be installed on one PC (desktop or laptop) running on Windows.
8- The license is locked to the machine that was used to register it.
9- The PDF documents are non refundable.

11- The PDF is for the sole use of the customer who bought it and is not to be shared, sold or given to another person, group or institution.
12- One licence is provided per individual/seat.
13- The installation of the viewer as well as the registration of the license requires a connection to the internet.
14- The viewer validates the license of the PDF regularly which requires an internet connection at the time.
15- Printing, screen grabbing and, other means of copying or saving the file are prohibited and blocked.
16- We do not sale to the following countries: China, Hong Kong, Cuba.
