  1.  The author nor the publisher (Aircraftstress LLC) cannot be held responsible for any use of the information provided on the web site: aircraftstress.com, the Blogs or the book: Becoming an Aircraft Stress Engineer and do not guarantee their contents. The information provided in those medias is to be used strictly for academic and entertainment purposes. None of this information is to be used or referred to for actual aircraft designs or analyses. The author and the publisher assume no liability for damages, injuries, financial loses or loses of lives caused by, directly or indirectly, the information contained within the website and the book.
  2.  The customers has 30 days after the book has shipped to request for a replacement in the case that the book received is damaged from the printing process or from shipping. In which case, the customer shall contact the publisher by email providing pictures of the damaged book as proof.
  3. The information on the website and in the book are copyrighted material. No part (text or illustrations) of the website or book can be reproduced, distributed or transmitted, in any form or by any means, or stored in a database or retrieval system, without the written permission of the publisher.
  4. Unless the book was damaged during shipping, as mentioned in point 2, no reimbursement is done as all sales are final. The publisher believes that sufficient information and images are provided on the website to ensure that the customer knows exactly what the content of the book will be.
  5.  Resale of the book is prohibited without the written consent of the publisher.
